What is Two-Factor Authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by verifying your identity in two different ways:
2FA is an additional security layer that requires two forms of verification:
Your password
A one-time authentication code
With 2FA enabled, even if your password gets compromised, a hacker still won’t be able to access your account without the unique time-sensitive code from your authenticator app.
How We Use 2FA
1. Logging In
Each time you sign in, Azura will ask for your six-digit authentication code after you enter your password. This ensures that only you can access your account.
2. Withdrawing Funds
Before any withdrawal request is processed, you will need to enter your 2FA code. This prevents unauthorized transactions, even if someone gains access to your account.
Without the correct 2FA code, no one—including hackers—can withdraw your funds.
How to Enable 2FA on Your Azura Account
Setting up 2FA on Azura is quick and essential:
Go to Account Settings
Visit your Azura account settings.
Find the Two-Factor Authentication section.
Click “Set Up”.
Scan the QR Code
Open an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
Use the app to scan the QR code displayed on your screen.
Confirm and Activate
Your authenticator app will now generate a six-digit code that refreshes every few seconds.
Enter this code in Azura to complete the setup.
Once activated, you will be required to enter your 2FA code every time you log in or withdraw funds.
How to Disable 2FA (Not Recommended)
If you need to remove 2FA:
Go to Account Settings → Two-Factor Authentication
Click "Remove"
Enter your current 2FA code to confirm
Disabling 2FA makes your account less secure. Only do this if absolutely necessary.
